Obi Cubana Arraigned in Court by EFCC for Naira Abuse

Pascal Okechukwu, the socialite and businessman A.K.A Cubana Chief Priest appears in court before Justice Kehinde Ogundare of the Federal High Court Lagos for naira abuse. Cubana Chief Priest was sighted spraying the naira notes for two hours at a social event in Eko Hotel, Lagos in the month of January 2024

Therefore, he was charged to court by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Wednesday, 17th April  2024 for allegedly abusing naira contrary and punishable under the provisions of section21(1) of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Act of 2007

EFCC Prosecutor, Rotimi Oyedepo(SAN) and seven others in April 4 filed the charge within the jurisdiction of the court, standing in for the executive chairman of the anti-graft commission
